RATE INCREASE – Effective July 1, 2026
The Board of Directors adopted Resolution 2026-02 to increase rates by 6% to go into effect on July 1, 2026. View the 2026-2027 Rates and Fees Schedule. Primary reason is to get revenue above the Oregon affordability rate to qualify for a $400,000 forgivable loan.
CONSUMER CONFIDENCE REPORT (CCR)

WATER SERVICE LINE INVENTORY COMPLETE
Heceta Water People’s Utility District is proud to report that we have completed the service line inventory required by EPA. All service lines have been deemed non lead based on records and visual inspection.
