Welcome to the Heceta Water People's Utility District's website. As you navigate around the site you will find information regarding how the District was formed including Clear Lake, where our water source derives, introduction to our Board of Directors, photos of staff you may recognize out in your neighborhood and other pertinent information regarding water.
