Congratulations Kyler Paselk – New HWPUD General Manager
Effective September 15, 2026, Kyler Paselk has been promoted to General Manager of Heceta Water PUD. Kyler has been working in the District since October 2021. Since starting at the District, he has earned certifications in Level 2 Treatment, Level 2 Distribution, Filter Endorsement, Backflow Assembly Tester and Cross Connection Specialist. Kyler has gained knowledge in treatment plant operations, infrastructure, office management and project implementation. This promotion is a great reflection of his hard work, dedication, and professional growth over the past five years.
