Qualified candidates shall be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to pass both a pre-employment physical and pre-employment drug test, need to live within 30 minutes of the Treatment Plant to fill on-call responsibilities and have a clean driving record, have a positive attitude and be a highly motivated individual, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and have a desire to have a long term career in public drinking water. Lane County has opened the process for residents to run for a position on the Board of Directors. Subdivisions 1, 2 and 5 are up for election on November 8th. The last day to file is August 30, 2022.
