HWPUD BOARD MEETING – May 19, 2026 @ 4pm PUBLIC HEARING – RATE INCREASE

The HWPUD Board will be meeting at the District Office Conference Room located at 87845 Hwy 101 on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 4pm.  Public is encouraged to attend the meeting in person or via Microsoft Teams, link below:

The HWPUD Board will not accept any verbal public comments over virtual meeting but the public is still encouraged to express their view in writing. Those interested may do so by submitting written communication in one of the following ways:

  • Submit written comments by email to customer-service@hwpud.com or
  • Mail written comments to HWPUD 87845 Hwy 101, Florence, OR 97439 or
  • Drop off* written comments at HWPUD’s office at 87845 Hwy 101

*There is a drop box available in the parking lot, if you are going to drop off comments during non-business hours.

All written comments received by 2:00pm the day of the Board meeting will be distributed to the Board and will be read during the agenda item for Public Comment to be included in the meeting minutes.

Public Hearing on NEW RATES & FEES proposal, if approved will go into effect on July 1, 2026.
