HWPUD Board Meeting Wednesday December 3, 2025 at 4pm
The HWPUD Board will be meeting at the District Office Conference Room located at 87845 Hwy 101 on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 4pm. Board Agenda Public is encouraged to attend the meeting in person or via Microsoft Teams, link below:

The HWPUD Board will not accept any verbal public comments over virtual meeting but the public is still encouraged to express their view in writing. Those interested may do so by submitting written communication in one of the following ways:
- Submit written comments by email to customer-service@hwpud.com or
- Mail written comments to HWPUD 87845 Hwy 101, Florence, OR 97439 or
- Drop off* written comments at HWPUD’s office at 87845 Hwy 101
*There is a drop box available in the parking lot, if you are going to drop off comments during non-business hours.
All written comments received at least two hours prior to the start of the Board meeting will be distributed to the Board and will be made part of the record.
