Beginning in July 2023, HWPUD will be replacing water lines in the Heceta Beach area as part of its Master Plan. During the process, traffic will be delayed at times with flaggers as the contractors work to install the new water lines. Water service will be interrupted intermittently throughout the construction process. You may experience low water pressure, dirty water and outages as the new lines are connected. For a list of streets affected, click here.
